Traditional French Bistros
Gourmet and traditional bistros have been established for more than 60 years in the Marais. Some have retained their original appearance and cultivate it- home cooking with a classic design often dating back to its original decor. They generally have reasonable prices, fast service and larger portions. The recipes of our grandmothers, now back in fashion, characterize this type of establishment. Here is a selection of the most famous among them in both the 3rd and 4th arrondissements of Paris and Central Paris.
