We stayed in the Medieval Suite for a wonderful 2 1/2 weeks in late September- mid October 2015. It was perfect for our needs as it provided most of what we needed, i.e. Comfort, it was clean, had a modern bath, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc. I will note, however, for longer stays it would be helpfull to have more drawers or shelves for our clothes (although I admit we did bring more than we needed considering we had a washer and dryer). The Marais district is fun, eclectic, beautiful and educational (some outstanding museums) and two metro stations were only a short walk away. Our hosts Pascal and Charlot the cat are extremely hospitable and helpful.

très bel endroit, silence absolu, nous avions notre indépendance et un vrai service d'hotel par notre hôte, des coupes de champagne, des guides et plans pour visiter paris, nous avons pu imprimer nos billet d'avion au bureau et on nous a gentiment aider a faire une excursion dans la vallée de la loire. Pascal et Michelle nous ont accueillis royalement comme des amis; grace a eux on connait mieux le vrai marais de paris et comment vivent les habitants. le chat de la maison est totalement craquant et est venu nous voir chaque jour dans le jardin !

Pascal's apartment is charming! Perfect for one, cozy for two. If you want to feel French for a few days, this is the ideal place to stay. The apartment windows open on to a private courtyard, it's quiet and you have everything you need, including a shower with great water pressure, dual heads and room for two. Pascal is on the premises and is very helpful. I loved the location in Le Marais, with Cafe Charlotte around the corner as well as the market ( marchee des enfants rouges) , a juice bar, and plenty of shops to buy pre made items and food for picnics. You are close to many Metro stops to connect with the whole city, but also in a safe and idyllic area to walk down the cobblestone streets, even at night. I can't imagine staying anywhere else. I just loved my stay here! »
