Parismarais® offers you a small selection of upscale flats, always in beautiful historic buildings, always with the highest quality standards, always in or bordering Le Marais district or at its boarder. The flats are so centrally located you will almost never need to hire a cab or take the metro, as most of Paris' famous sites and places of interest are within walking distance!

Once you send us your request, if the flat, or flats, you desire are available, we'll send you the rental conditions and the rental agreement between you and the private owner or agency. Your reservation will be confirmed only when you have agreed to their conditions. Once you return your rental agreement, you’ll receive all the information and directions you need to get to your home away from home.

Deposit :

Our flats our fully furnished, most with antiques, so when you decide to rent one you will be asked for a deposit. The deposit is required in advance, and also serves as confirmation of your booking. It can be a credit card number, a personal bank check made out in Euros, GBP or USD. Your deposit is purely a security measure and will not be cashed unless necessary.

Payment :

If you stay one week, we ask you to pay upon arrival. If your stay is longer, booking
conditions require that you send at least the equivalent of one week rental in advance to the owner or manager of your flat.

The payment can be:
- French check in Euros to the owner of your flat or to its agent.
- Cash in Euros only (there are many ATM's nearby where you can withdraw Euros).
- Transfer to the owner or agency through Western Union.
- Wire directly from your bank to the owner's or agency’s account.
- Credit cards can be accepted under certain conditions by our partner agencies.
- We do not recommend travellers cheques as you have to pay to purchase them and they are difficult to cash here.

Security restrictions for legal reasons:

- Minimum rental one week - Maximum rental 1 year.
- No pets.
- No smoking in most of the flats.
- No handicapped access in some flats.
- No groups exceeding 4 people in the same flat.

Just follow these simple instructions:

Complete the online booking request with all of your details. It is necessary to complete the form in its entirety in order to receive and process your request.

We respond to your request within 24 hours to inform you if the flat you have
requested is available – or alternatively, provide you with a suitable option. In the event we are sold out, we provide you with a recommendation of reliable contacts who can offer you flats or rooms equivalent to our standards.

We send you a copy of our general terms and conditions for your flat and a rental
agreement between you and your host, private owner or agency. Please send it back as soon as possible to guarantee your reservation; first via email followed with an original, signed copy via regular post and accompanied by your deposit.

We confirm your reservation and provide you with further details about your flat and the
procedures for check in as soon as we receive a copy of the rental agreement.

Your host will greet you personally and spend as much time as necessary to explain
everything about the flat, the building and the neighborhood. We always provide you with maps, guides and all the information you need. We are happy to spend some quality time with you and give you the best tips on the area so that you can enjoy, in a short stay, what it took us years to discover!

During your stay, you can call us 24/7 in case of emergency or if you need any assistance. We welcome you to join us for drinks, coffee, share in conversation about any topic you wish, from culture to history to the art of living… Welcoming you as a long-time friend is our personal approach.
