There are very few apartments for sale
in bad condition in le Marais, most of them have been done up already, but someone
else’s taste or 1970’s taste is not necessarily yours. Working with
interior designers, architects, artists, and renovation professionals, we can
assist you and help you with creating the flat of your dreams. We are specialised
in neo-gothic and medieval french style but can also meet all your requirements
if you’d prefer Napoleonian imperial style !
Just to give you an example, this is how we renovated one of
our flats : Renaissance Suite. After 9 months work the new flat is stunning
and looks better than it has ever done, even in Louis XV’s times in 1750
when the house was originaly build.

We bought one studio and one bedroom flat next to it… We decide to join
them to make a big open space and create new walls…
