Calling lovers of sushi and Japanese food in general, now is the time to sample the restaurant Niji Sushi in the 4th arrondissement of Paris. Here you can indulge in high quality foods; organic salmon, organic rice, wild albacore tuna, wild mackerel, wild mullet. Nestled at the bottom of the rue des Archives, between the two most historical gay bars of the area, Open Café and Cox, where you will find fun, lively customers especially in the evening, however Niji really is a restaurant for everyone.  The freshness of products is always evident, and the welcome you receive is always warm. Quick and efficient service for those pressed for time, and also a takeaway service if you really can’t wait.

Bathed in the warmth of the colours of the land of the rising sun, and to ensure you are completely satisfied, the menu is extremely varied. (Sashimi salmon, tuna, daurade, mackerel) or tempura, yakitori in all its forms (chicken, beef, salmon, duck, tuna, quail, giant prawns) maki or sushi, hot dishes and grilled food. The choice is entirely up to you, there are literally dozens of options.  Large platters for 2 are available for foodies and hearty eaters (around €50). At lunchtime, the simple fixed price menu is around €12 and in the evening, set menus from €15. Excellent value for money. Run by a young hard-working and dynamic family, who took over this eaterie just a few years ago, and who deserve all the support we can offer them.
